Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.

Account Suspension & Closure
Both bd998 and the player have the right to initiate account closure. The process and outcomes differ depending on whether the closure is player-initiated or bd998-initiated, and whether the closure arises from a breach of these Terms or from a voluntary decision by the player.
- Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your bd998 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing the account, bd998 will confirm your identity and ensure any pending withdrawals are processed. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.

Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee. The player's real-money balance will not be confiscated solely on grounds of inactivity without prior notification.
- Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your right to access the bd998 platform and all associated services terminates immediately. Any pending bonus funds at the time of closure will be voided. Any real-money balance will be returned subject to the terms of the closure. Obligations arising from transactions completed before closure remain enforceable.
Limitation of Liability

- Force Majeure: bd998 shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond bd998's reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, or widespread internet infrastructure failures.
- Player Responsibility for Gambling Losses: Gambling inherently involves financial risk. bd998 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal game play.
